Our Experiential Training Division's philosophy is based on the belief that the process of personal growth occurs through change as a result of direct experiences. It is an active process involving the learner being placed in unfamiliar environments, outside their environment of natural comfort. In our residential outdoor training programs, participants live away from home and workplace and are involved in the program 24 hours a day.
